Prompt efficient service, came out and sorted our satellite problems out, (the result of a power surge/cut) went to great lengths to try and avoid us having to buy a new satellite dish (which we expected to have to do as ours was v.old) etc., gave sound, no nonsense advice on what we required for future improvements when we have the rest of the remodelling done on our house. Great prices, good value for money and a very friendly, down to earth chap, with a very helpful Debs back at the office.
